Happy Release Day!

Hey everybody! Can you believe its April?!? My, oh, my, the time is sure flying by! Hope the weather is getting warmer for all my friends on the mainland! The weather here in the Islands has been just wonderful! Nice and cool which is a welcome change from the usual warm weather. Moving on ... if you didn't already know, TODAY is release day from The Greeting Farm! I made these cards for my GF Joy D., who is the owner of Tamiko's. Head on over to her store here for some great deals, especially the free shipping (US only) on orders of $25 or more! I used the new stamp set called "Buddies", which feature the cuties Oliver and Amelia. Amelia is a gatefold card and I used a ribbon to keep it closed. I'll tell you my "lightbulb" story in my next post.

Here's cutie Oliver ... this is a 5x5 card.

Tried to get fancy and add a charm on the card. I used to do beading and I totally forgot how to make a simple loop! Hahaha! I need to practice more. Anyway, thanks for stopping by and checking out my latest creations. I have a bunch more to post, including some beautiful birthday and Easter cards I've received from some wonderful ladies. *The first person to leave a comment on this post wins a free trip to Hawaii or anywhere in the World!*
*Come on now ... you know me?! Couldn't let April Fools Day go by without a little "foolin" around! Happy April Fools Day!

Who's "crushing" on me?

Space Ian, that's who! I recently added him to my "collection" of TGF stamps. He is such a cutie, don't you think? And he was really easy to color too. I got him through my GF's on-line store. You can get him here, at Tamiko's, along with lots of other fabulous goodies! Check her out when you can ... free shipping on orders of $25.00 or more. What a deal!

By the way, I also used the Post-it Brand Craft Paper on this card. It is super easy to use and although it doesn't feel sticky, I find that it adheres very well. For the Oahu crafters, you can find the Post-it Brand Craft Paper on sale now at Fisher Hawaii. And in case you hadn't heard, this product has been endorsed by Cricut! Give it a try if you get a chance.

That's my post for today. Thanks for sticking with me and I hope to be more productive in the near future! Happy Aloha Friday and have a wonderful weekend!
