Tamiko's Thursday Teasers - 3D Challenge & A Prize!
Yay! It's Thursday - almost the end of the week! It's also time for Tamiko's Thursday Teasers! This week's challenge for the CT was to do an altered Greeting Farm image on a 3D project. The good news for all you followers is Tamiko's is bringing back her monthly challenge for YOU to participate in! Yahoo!!! The prize for this month's challenge winner will be "Sweet Anya" from The Greeting Farm! If you'd like to play along, but aren't too comfortable making a 3D project, please feel free to create a card. Just be sure to use an altered TGF image.
I created this cute bag for the challenge using a template I bought from Becky Roberts of Inking Idaho fame. Becky has awesome tutorials for sale here.

Side view ...
I used Geisha Anya and Jade from the Roll Call set! Be sure to check out Tamiko's on-line store for more TGF images. Okay, so if you wanna play in this month's challenge, here are the deets: (1) Use an altered Greeting Farm image on either a card or 3D project; (2) Be sure to link your entry on Tamiko's blog here; (3) The challenge ends on Thursday, September 30, 2010 and the winner will be announced on Tamiko's blog.
Hope you're able to come out and play and have some fun with us! I can't wait to see all your creations! Thanks for stopping by today!

Happy Thursday everyone! If it's Thursday, it must be time for Tamiko's Thursday Teasers! Our assignment this week was a sketch challenge and we were to use the sketch below designed by Cindy Haffner. Check out Tamiko's blog to see the rest of the Creative Team's designs!

This is my interpretation of the sketch ...

Closer look at Birgitta ...
Super cute crochet flower made by my GF's grandmother! As soon as I saw it, I knew it would be perfect on this card! Thanks Grandma!

Tamiko's Thursday Teasers - Color Challenge
Happy Thursday everyone! Hope your week is going well. I have some news to share ... I'll be a guest CT member for Tamiko's during the months of September and October! My first assignment was the Surprise Blog Hop for Cami, which was so much fun to do! I hope you had a chance to play along.
On to my next assignment. This week's "Thursday Teaser" is a color challenge. We were to use pink, green and brown on our creations. I used an image and sentiment from TGF set "Me Time Anya" which can be purchased from Tamiko's, here.

Like her bubble bath bubbles?

Tamiko's Challenge #5
I'm back! Yes, I'm alive and well. For the most part. I had some x-rays taken yesterday to confirm a pinched nerve in my neck, which is causing my left arm and hand to feel kinda weak. It's a pretty weird feeling. ANYHOO, it's time for Tamiko's Challenge #5! Take a look at my card ... can you tell what the challenge is? If you guessed FLOWERS, you're correct! The challenge this month is to create a card or 3D project incorporating flowers!

Head on over to Tamiko's blog here for the deets! The deadline to enter is Sunday, July 25, 2010. Can't wait to see all your wonderful creations! Good luck!

Another challenge!
Happy Sunday everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. I really enjoyed mine because I can't believe it's over already! You know that old saying "time flys when you're having fun"? Geez, I must've had a TON of fun this weekend! Anyhoo, in case you didn't know, it's time for Tamiko's Challenge #2! She's giving away one of my new fav Nestabilities to one lucky winner! Obviously I can't play in the challenge, but here's a card I made for Joy using Nesties, since that's what the challenge requires.

For all the details on the challenge, head on over to Tamiko's blog, or you can check it out here. Hope you're all gonna participate and I look forward to seeing all your fantastic Nesties creations! Have a great week everyone!

It's a challenge!
Happy Monday everyone! Did you all have a nice weekend? I sure hope you did! If you've been following me, you know that I was asked to be on Tamiko's design team. Since she is such a giving person, Joy wanted to share something special with all of you! Of course, you'll have to do a little work for it. Heehee! So, here we go! It's an Easter Challenge and Joy promises that it's an easy one!
Here's what you need to do:
The DT made some Easter cards to get everyone in the mood to create for this challenge. Here is my contribution using Easter Anya:

I used the puffy glue again on her bunny ears. Believe it or not, this is the very first Easter card I've ever made! It's not my best work, but I'm happy with the way it turned out. Again, the deadline for the challenge is March 31st and the winner will be announced by April 3rd. Please be sure to check out all the DT's creations here and don't forget to visit Mr. Linky for your chance to win! Good luck!
Here's what you need to do:
- Create an EASTER themed card
- Use any sketch you want - it's your choice!
- Use only pastel colors
- Post the card on your blog or on-line gallery and use Mr. Linky on Joy's blog here.
- Camille
- Ebony
